Hello, My name is Kristen Kliemisch this is my 6th year teaching all of which have been here at Kennedy Middle School. I graduated from Wingate University in December of 2013 where I got my degree in Health and Physical Education and graduated from West Virginia University in May of 2019 with my Masters degree in Physical Education Teacher Education. I also teach English online to students in China!
I have a brother who is 13 months and 13 days younger than me, but we look like twins. I grew up in a small town in northern New Jersey with my Mom, Dad and Brother. My dad still lives in my child hood home in New Jersey, My brother just moved out to Arizona, and my mom is now my guardian angel. Growing up we always had pets, I myself now have a pup of my own his name is Oakley and he is 4 1/2 years old!
I am a huge football and baseball fan, the Jets and Panthers are my teams when it comes to football and the Yankees when it comes to baseball. While I am a huge sports fan, I also enjoy participating in sports. I have played many different sports however Volleyball is a passion of mine, one which has allowed me to be the Volleyball coach here at Kennedy!
Traveling is a passion of mine, I have had many opportunities to visit different places around the world. So far I have visited 14 different countries and 26 states, it is a goal of mine to visit all the states and many, many more countries. I love sharks, they are my favorite animal and I would love the opportunity to go cage diving with the Great Whites off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa.
