- Mental- The ability to learn, and grow from experiences, and utilize intellectual capabilities.
- Physical- The ability to carry out daily task with vigor.
- Emotional- The ability to control emotions and express them appropriately and comfortably.
- Social- The ability to have satisfying interpersonal relationships and interactions with others.
- Spiritual- Defined as a guided sense of meaning and value in life.
